Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 April 2026
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ColoGPU website at cologpu.com ("Site") and the services provided by ColoGPU ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Our Services
ColoGPU is a GPU colocation brokerage service. We:
- Match AI companies with verified, high-density colocation providers
- Provide a free AI-powered compute infrastructure audit tool
- Offer guidance and comparison across colocation providers and locations
Our brokerage service is free to buyers. We are compensated by colocation providers through commission arrangements.
3. Audit Tool
Our free compute infrastructure audit tool uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyse uploaded cloud billing data. By using this tool, you acknowledge that:
- The analysis is automated and indicative only. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice.
- Results are based solely on the data you provide. Incomplete or unclear data will produce limited results.
- Savings estimates, where provided, are hypotheses based on observed patterns, not guarantees.
- You are responsible for verifying any findings before making business decisions.
- Uploaded files are processed in real-time and are not stored after analysis is complete.
4. Accuracy and Disclaimers
While we endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Site:
- Content is provided for general information purposes only
- Colocation pricing, availability, and specifications change frequently and are subject to provider confirmation
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Site
- Market data, statistics, and comparisons are indicative and should be independently verified
5. Brokerage Relationship
ColoGPU acts as an intermediary between AI companies and colocation providers. We:
- Introduce parties and facilitate the matching process
- Do not enter into contracts on your behalf
- Are not a party to any agreement between you and a colocation provider
- Do not guarantee the performance, reliability, or suitability of any provider
Any contract for colocation services is between you and the provider directly. You should conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site -- including text, graphics, logos, design, and code -- is the property of ColoGPU or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Abuse the audit tool (e.g., automated bulk submissions, scraping)
- Interfere with the operation or availability of the Site
- Impersonate any person or entity
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- ColoGPU is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for our free brokerage service, is zero)
9. Data Protection
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external sites. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement.
